October 16–18, 2026 · Catskills, NY
A weekend to let go of what you’ve been holding onto—and create space for what’s next.
What is it?
October 16-18, 2026
The Harvest & Release Retreat is a 3-day immersive experience designed to guide you through the natural process of letting go.
Inspired by the Metal element in Traditional Chinese Medicine—associated with the lungs and large intestine—this work centers around:
release
reset
breath
creating space
Through a blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine, sound healing, breathwork, intentional movement, tea ceremony, and nature-based practices, you’ll be guided through a deeply intentional journey:
From awareness → to release → to integration.
So you can leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.
This retreat is for you if:
You feel like you’ve been carrying a lot—and don’t know how to put it down
You’re craving a reset, but don’t know where to start
You’re constantly “on” and rarely give yourself space to slow down
You want to feel more grounded, clear, and connected
You’re open to exploring both physical and emotional healing
You’re looking for something deeper than a typical wellness or yoga retreat
You don’t need experience.
You just need to be ready.
This weekend is not about doing more. It’s about creating space. Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience:
Guided breathwork + meditation
Sound healing journeys
Traditional Chinese Medicine teachings
Tea ceremonies rooted in intention
Qigong and energy-based movement
Slow, intentional movement practices to support release
A guided waterfall hike + nature immersion
Forest bathing + reflective practices
A firepit release ceremony
Spacious time for rest and integration
Each experience is designed to build on the next—supporting both physical and emotional release in a grounded, supportive environment.
